Setting up my own Mary Kay business has been one of the very best decisions I have ever made.
Running your own business requires drive, ambition, determination, guts and a dash of charm.
How do you know if setting up a business is right for you?
If you’ve recently been made redundant or even if you just have some spare time at your hands it is a superb time to set up a Mary Kay business!
Or if your children have recently started school and you want an enjoyable business that fits around your responsibilities as a parent!
Or if you are simply sick of your day job and the lack of career progression. A Mary Kay business is the gentlest way of becoming self-employed as you transition from employee to independent sales consultant.
However, while there is never really a ‘right’ time to set up a business, there are certainly times when you should wait.
Life, on occasion, can be overwhelming for any number of reasons – but businesses (even businesses with such fantastic support as Mary Kay) require you to go out and work.
Sales don’t happen without you, you can’t make a change to other women’s lives if you don’t go out and sell to them. If you don’t have a spare three hours a week (or a month) and you can’t change your circumstances to create that window of opportunity, then it is important to wait.
Either way: If you are interested in becoming an independent beauty consultant with Mary Kay I would love to hear from you! Just leave me a comment or get in touch.
